This morning's panel discussion was interesting, but it was not the open fishbowl announced in the programme. I was excited to see it in the programme and disappointed that what we got was just another panel of experts. Generally, the lack of participatory formats and the prevalence of expert panels seems to me the greatest weakness of this year's conference.
